Are Lexus RX300's good vehicles?

Ive seen these be really good. and seen others be really bad. a corporate vehicle meaning it belonged to a company which had an employee driving this car. Because these companies deal with fleet companies for maintenace, they dont always get the attention they need. besides, it has over 150k miles, not worth it. ive seen these when not maintained get in very very bad shape and become very very pricey to fix. Not like BMW and Mercedes expensive but still bad. Its your call, But youre asking for our opinion, mine is say away from it.
