Name of early 90's dance/techno song with the line "Oh" repeated through song?

I am looking for the early 90's dance/club song where it has only one line in the song "Oh" or "woh". The singer sounds a bit like the singer from Cameo. It's driving me crazy trying to find this out. The only line I can recall in the song is "Oh".
