Are foreign owned British car manufacturers still designed by the British workforce?

The British car industry is one to be proud of, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Range Rover, Rolls Royce etc however I am bugged by the fact they are now owned by foreign companies, which begs the question are these car manufacturers actually designed and produced by the British?
