Is this an indication of my first period?

I have been having random, (sometimes mildly painful), cramps in my abdominal region. I don't really notice any discharge as of lately or ever. I think I do get it because sometimes when I pee it is sometimes wet (my underwear) when I pee again the next time. It must be clear for me not to notice. My breasts are not very large at all, but my nipples have become more prominent. I use a cameo under my shirts when I wear ANYTHING. I have to. I am probably big enough for a training bra, though. I have some small black pubic hairs on my vagina, but none anywhere else. That's about it. Please don't be rude and answer 'TMI' or something XD I just want a estimate.
