WOuld these ties fit my truck?

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer that has a cracked wheel on it. I am currently running on 5 lug 235/70/15 tires. I don't have money to invest in new rims and found a set of wheels from a 1999 Land Rover Discovery that is a 5 lug with 255/55/18. I have looked up tire specs but cannot find wheel measurements to see if this lug pattern will fit my truck before I go drive to the location to buy. IS there any way to find this out online?
