Phil Jones closes in on Manchester United move?

Good signing... United was probably the most obvious choice... he's a Northern lad and Manchester is near Blackburn so he won't have to move far away... strange though. What happened to Jonny Evans? Wasn't he meant to be partnering Smalling in the future...
