Has anyone else caught a cameo appearance of Bill Hader on That '70s Show?

I'm not sure if it's actually him, but I'm watching a 2002 episode of That '70s Show called "Leo Loves Kitty," and in Jackie's model day dream, I could swear that one of the guys she dances with is Bill Hader. I checked on IMDB, but couldn't find anything. Has anyone else noticed this or can confirm this?
