Habitable Planets in Mass Effect and ME2?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the Habitable planets in Mass Effect 1 and 2? I was looking around on the ME wiki but it seems the only way I'll be able to figure it out there is to actually look at every single planet individually and I have limited time. I'm running a Mass Effect based D20 game and I need to know what planets have breathable atmosphere, can support life, and won't immediately kill the party upon leaving their rover. If someone could help me out that would be amazing.
